No: to my knowledge facial swelling is not a side effect of any of these medications. 
After looking up the side effects of all these medications localized facial swelling is not listed. If you are having facial swelling I would look to other causes. 
The any exception would be a localized allergic reaction

Unlikely : It is unlikely that this medication caused that. 
I recommend you go to your primary care for urinalysis and treatment if necessary

NO: Faslodex (fulvestrant) is an anti estogen therapy -used to treat hormone receptor positive breast cancer (breast cancer that depends on hormones such as estrogen to grow)- is given by injecting medication into the muscle. Xeloda is an oral chemotherapy- which is a pro drug of 5fu. It is used to treat different kind of cancer such as- colon, esophagus, rectal, breast .  They are not similar.

why do i feel my heartbeat in my neck/head? no pain at all. i am on faslodex (hormone inhibitor) so my hormones are a mess right now because i've got really low estrogen. is something terribly wrong?

Chemotherapy?: If stage IV breast cancer is no longer responsive to tamoxifen or exemestane, it is unlikely that additional hormonal therapy would be of benefit. The next form of systemic therapy should probably be chemotherapy. If the cancer is her2/neu positive, either chemotherapy with trastuzumab (herceptin), or trastuzumab alone could be given.

i'm on faslodex shots for metastatic breast cancer. i've suddenly started having profound exhaustion. is this typical of faslodex? my dr is testing for anemia, cbc and a comprehensive metabolic panel?

: Fatigue is listed as an early, severe adverse effect of Faslodex by PDR.
However, please wait for the work-up results for ruling out other etiology.

pelvic pain for 2 months. i am on faslodex for breast cancer. ct shows degenerative and 1/2 degenerative fibroids. is this from the lack of estrogen while on faslodex? is this the reason for the severe pain i have?

Yes most likely : Most likely the pain is from the degenerating fibroids which is sort of unusual considering that you were 65 as most women start having degenerative fibroids at menopause.
