recently i started having muscle twitches all my body at random locations. each twitch lasts less than a sec. it only starts when im at rest. i get more of it when i think about it. i dont have weakness, what should i do ? im 23 and t1d?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Reasons for muscle twitches range from trivial like temporary electrolyte imbalance to serious neurological issues.  If the symptoms persist it would be prudent to see a neurologist.

since a year i developed sporadic muscle twitches all over at rest, no weaknes. what sort of supplement can i take that may help calm the twitchs? .

Muscle twitches: My suggestion would be to check the electrolytes and if any of them are low or high, correct them. That might help. I am not sure if there any supplements will help for these symptoms.

i have been taking 10mg o paxil (paroxetine) for 2 weeks and now im on 20mg of paxil (paroxetine) and i was wondering if random muscle twitches are a side effect when at rest ?

Possibly: This would be a very unusual, but not impossible, side effect: medically probably harmless, but perhaps intolerable.

Continuous. : Muscle fasciculations are continuous but cramps or spasticity intermittent initially. ALS can be seen in young individuals but is more common in older individuals.

Yes, but: Lou Gehrig's disease is predominantly associated with weakness and muscle atrophy, and the fasciculations are associated with the rest.  If you lack weakness, possibly the muscle twitches are benign fasciculations.  The neck issues may be associated with degenerative changes, and ALS doesn't cause neck arthritis.

i have localized fasciculation on my shoulder below collar bone and above armpit for two weeks and it won't stop. it started after minor injury which healed but twitching won't go away, constant at rest. worried about als of course. should i do emg?

: Since your symptom began after a specific injury, I don't know why ALS would be a concern. EMG is probably the most useful technique to identify the muscle that is spasming, and then the specific nerve.  Based on the area you've identified, possibly the pec minor, or pec major. Once identified, various modes of physical therapy can successfully treat.

diagnosed with gastritis, but getting cramps, back pains, fasciculations all over body and tingling. could it be something more serious?

No: Too young to have serious problem. If alcohol is the cause of your gastritis..........Nutritional issues, magnesium, calcium, potassium, B12 are independently or combined together responsible. Medication for gastritis can  be responsible.
