Acid indigestion: Use antacids like Mylanta and Pepcid (famotidine) AC to suppress acid production. Your anxiety state needs to be controlled.

Normal: If poops are same consistency, not loose, no blood and child is happy probably no issue.  The smell may be related to what you are eating and what is in the breastmilk.

A few possibilities: Of course stools or gas often have an unpleasant odor, but one that is recognized as normal. Unusually or distinctly bad odors may come from simple diet changes, but may also be due to illnesses. For example, stool or gas can have bad odors from blood or poorly digested foods as with crohn's disease (inflammatory condition), celiac disease (gluten intolerance), pancreatitis, or some infections.

can a rectocole make you feel like you have to poop or fart during sex but really don't have to ?

Perhaps: Potentially one could have those symptoms although that is not a symptom I often hear when seeing patients with a rectocele. The best thing to do is to see a Gynecologist and let them do an exam to see if you have a rectocele. That is an easy diagnosis to make with an examination.

Diet modification: Sounds like you may be lactose intolerant, but if you are not leaking still into your underwear a simple diet plan with a nutritionist could solve the problem. If there are other issues with loose stool and incontinence, you need to visit s gastroenterologist who will get a good history, do a good exam, and suggest next steps

Gas : The gas is normal.   More with Bottke fed babies.   You may want to try a different nipple style.   The oval nipple works well.   Also the size of nipple holes also impacts how much air is swallowed.  Try different sizes.   The type of formula could also be the cause.  Some infants do not tolerate milk based formula.  Try gentlease or similac sensitive.  Last you can try some gas drops (mylicon).

Bowel: Movements come from the inside of the body It would always feel warmer.  It is normal.

: Some do. It is a way they generate extra power to push. Baby belly muscles are weak at birth and strengthen over the first several months. By itself, the behavior is not worrisome.

No: It is not normal to pass stool when you sleep. Was it severe liquid diarrhea? If this recurs have it assessed.
