Yes: It's not unusual to have chlamydia and BV. Remember that BV is NOT an infection, it's a bacterial imbalance.

Unclear question: A man can have symptomatic infection with chlamydia.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

can you get a false positive chlamydia result if you actually have bv or if you are 5 weeks pregnant? me or my partner didnt cheat. a swab test was done?

: False positive chlamydia tests are extremely rare, and they are not caused by either pregnancy or BV. However, pregnancy is a state of immune deficiency, and could allow a previously suppressed infection (which you might have had for years) to become detectable. That's much more likely than a false test. You and your partner need to play it safe, i.e. you both need treatment. Good luck.

No: If the chlamydial test was done in an appropriate culture media, swabbed properly, and sent to a approved laboratory, no. BV and Nexplanon have no impact on the quality of the test result.

my doc gave me doxycycline for bv and in case it was chlamydia.  the chlamydia results came back fine so is the bv cleared up too?

Not BV: Doxycycline is great for chlamydia, but it is not used to treat bv.

after two weeks of watery white vaginal discharge no smell no itch and getting tested for trich, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and bv all negative my results come back as yeast, would yeast present this way ?

Possibly yeast: Yeast usually causes only scant discharge; the main symptom is iitching and irritation. And yeast is normal in the vagina, so the test for yeast isn't necessarily abnormal. It might be worth a try at anti-yeast treatment, but it might not improve your symptoms. If not, keep working with your doctor about other causes.

always had regular cycles, beginning of year missed march/april, now haven't had cycle since 9/28/17. but cramping & breast tenderness. negative results. diagnosed with chlamydia 4 yrs ago & bv 3x which can lead to infertility. could i be infertile?

Irregular periods : Need more information but irregular periods happen. This can be a normal variant and nothing to worry about.

Here are some...: No test carries 100% accuracy. If tested result is marginal or weak (+) and not correlated well with clinical picture, repeat test for confirmation. For chlamydia, most of the infected are asymptomatic. So, either trust the report or repeat it as clinically justified. More? Talk with doc.

: Positive chlamydia test is not from yeast, nor have to do with clue cells, you know clue cells are associated with BV. A positive chlamydia test most likely means you were infected with chlamydia and should be treated, however more importantly protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases in the future. It is important that your partner also get treated.
