Are you pregnant?: Your symptoms may indicate irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, a "dumping syndrome", maldigestion, pelvic inflammatory conditions, urinary tract infection, gallbladder or pancreatic disease. Since you're a woman, pregnancy is a possibility. Avoid gut stimulants (like caffeine), fizzy drinks, gas-forming foods, add water-soluble fiber, eat healthy, exercise, re-evaluate your meds & see your doctor.

i went to the bathroom wiped & their was a faint light pink on the tp but nothing after 5/18 the first day of my last p. is that implantation bleeding?

Probably not: If i understand your question, you started 5/18, then today is day 24 and ovulation is usually day 15, 6/01 and implantation 5 days later, day 20, or 6/6.  If it was a one time event, usually of no concern.  Make sure no bladder symptoms like burning on urination.  Another cause can be spotting after intercourse?

Need: Examination by your PCP. Possibilities include constipation, Hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowl disease or rectal lesions or  GI infections

Why avoid the MD?: Vaginal discharge can be due to an infection.  Not knowing you have an infection can lead to complications.   Assuming this is not just a normal period i would recommend you get it checked out so it can be treated properly.  Seeing a doctor in an office will be way less expensive than ending up in an ER with a complication that might need surgery or worse.

Abdominal cramps: These cramps, did they occur once or several times? The differential is quite wide and more information is needed. If they have occured repeatedly, you need an evaluation to see what is causing them.

If you exercise in the morning, make sure you are well hydrated the night before. Avoid caffeine and high sugar energy drinks which can give quick bursts but result in dehydration.
