Your doctor can evaluate what's going on and take it from there. Often memory problems can be improved, but it helps to be evaluated by a professional. Keep in mind that nobody's memory is perfect.

Outward interest: It might be helpful to switch your cognition (thinking) about your situation.  Try this: focus on others--the needs of a potential employer and your interest and ability to help meet those needs. The same suggestion applies to social settings. Don't think about failing. Be interested in and curious about others.  Ask them questions and pay attention to their life stories.  Therapy can also help.

Get a nephrologist (kidney doctor) who will look for ways to slow/prevent loss of kidney function, and if needed prepare for end stage kidney disease.

Unlikely: If it is a urine test and you are not a habitual user.  I assume you are referring to marijuana.  Thc will be detectable for about 13 days in the urine for a recreational one time use.  If there is chronic use,  there have been reported positive tests for as long as 90 days from last use.  If it is a hair test though, it will be detected until you cut the hair from the exposure time.
