If this has been a longtime tendency&amp;you feel well those temperatures may not be significant. You could have an overactive thyroid. A visit to your physician is worthwhile.

Fresh fruits and vegetables- 5-7 servings a day is  good start.

Lithium toxicity: Can occur at doses very close to therapeutic dosing. 0.5mEq/kg/d usually puts a person at about 1.5 mEq/L serum levels. For a 70 kg person with normal kidney function, that translates to about 1200 mg of lithium per day(4 300mg pills/day). Above that and monitoring has to be very tight to prevent adverse reactions.

It can be binge eating, eating late at night, etc. You don't learn lifelong techniques on making good and healthy choices with fad diets. Shaved heads: If you shave your head, you don't have to pay for a haircut or hair grooming products. If your hairline is receding if won't be as  obvious if your head is shaved.  You don't have to ponder what type of hairstyle you will have if your head is shaven. If can be a neat and tidy look.
