If there are fractures, typically it's just time and stabilization.  Fractures involving the mandible and maxilla, or dental fractures require a lot more care and rehabilitation.

Both Penicillamine & trientine are used to chelate & remove excess copper. There's no best drug for everyone but rather a best drug for you. Talk to your doc about what's available to you, what's affordable, and what side effects are tolerable to you.

Facial palsy: I assume you are asking about facial palsy or paralysis. Congenitalmeans present at birth. Birth trauma, especially if lots of head molding or a forceps delivery can injure facial nerve. There are also a couple of conditions with facial nerve involvement at birth - Dystrophia myotonica and Mobius syndrome. Treatment may be anything from nothing to Botox to surgical intervention for nerve repair.
