Bump: Could be acne, sebaceous cyst, dermoid cyst . If growing or new lesion youshould see a doctor.

Possibly not: Restylane (dermal fillers) is hyaluronic acid, which is very well tolerated by most and disappears after 3-6 months.  However, if it is the cause of these bumps there could be infection or allergy, and  should be checked by the person who did the treatment.  They can probably be removed.  She could of course have an unrelated infection, like acne.  A reputable injector could address this problem separately.

Sebaceous disease: Usually that kind of condition is either lichen or sebaceous disease. Both are benign and not anything to worry about.

Depends: Are these acute onset or have they grown over time?  Are they symptomatic, painful, red, inflammed, growing (spreading) from one spot.  The possibilities are quite large and should be evaluated by a dermatologist, probably fairly soon.

No: You should never "pop" any bumps on your infant's skin. Doing so could introduce bacteria beneath the skin and lead to infection. Most bumps are normal and resolve with time, however if your child's pediatrician has not seen the bumps, they should be examined.

Depends on bumps: Are the bumps new growths like warts or papillomas or are they acne.  Much of this is self limited but you might consider seeing a dermatologist to see if they can be treated with medication or need an excision.

Many things.: These can be scars from old injuries.  They can also be from things like blackheads and pimples from oil accumulation which did not rupture and were never fully removed.  They may just be tha way your face/forhead develops with age and whatever tension you went through in life.
