Please note that scars do fade with time.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Acne scars: Dermapen is a microneedling technology with a depth of penetration down to 2.5 mm designed for deep skin collagen stimulation. It is a safe for acne scar treatment. Make certain you have treatment done at a cosmetic physician's office and not just a salon as the deep needling if not performed properly can cause irregular scarring.

Laser and Filler: With acne scars (textural issue) and sunken face (volume issue), i like to approach the texture issue first.  The acne scars can be addressed by fractional ablation laser, or full ablation, or excision if more severe scarring is present. Once texture is address, the volume issue can be addressed by filler or collagen stimulant injections. Hyaluronic acid for the tear trough to help with the eyes.

Not really: You can produce improvements in the scars but you cannot laser them off. Costs will vary and multiple sessions will likely be required with a total cost ranging from 1000-15, 000 usd.  Expect improvements but not complete eradication of scarring.

Get real Rx: If it's on your back, you'll probably need both topical treatment (consider benzoyl peroxide plus topical clindamycin, perhaps with a retinoic acid derivative), plus a sytemic antibiotic or one of the big guns that only a dermatologist can write for. Some acne scars give a man character, but this should be a choice; this is the 21st century & all acne can be managed scientifically.

Yes: First we use the laser to shut down the inflamed oil glands and then we use the co2 laser to treat the acne scars.  You would want the oil to be under control before undergoing the ablative laser so you do not have so much oozing.  Acne can be triggered by sun, stress, hormones, lack of sleep, picking and more.  Control that first and the scarring second.

Ideally, one: Skin resurfacing with fractionated lasers attempts to balance between treating enough surface area to rejuvenate your skin and leaving untreated skin intact to hasten recovery. This requires fine tuning the treatment density and intensity to blend the scar. It is possible to spread a single treatment over several sessions, but this should be discussed ahead of time with your provider.  Good luck.

Acne scars: The only good treatment would be dermabrasion.    Accutane is good for cystic acne - but really doesn't help the existing scars.  You might be able to try some over the counter facial scrubs to reduce some of the wrinkles but dermabrasion is reallly the only option i can think of.
