That dpends: Everyone heals differently, and depending on the severity of the injuries, the healing process may or may not get a person back to exactly 100% the same as pre-injury.

Other issues: Hookah smoking will not change nose shape or bone growth in general. However snorting a substance can cause a deviation or holes in the nasal septum (middle part of nose). More important is what you are smoking.  Tobacco has serious risks- increased wrinkling, more likely to get colds, lung infections and long term cancer. Other substances smoked can irritate your nose, throat and lungs.

Stretching : Your face has bones and cartilage which sustain some stretching with a forceful blow of the nose. Since your bones are held together with joints and ligaments, only a reversible stretching will occur. This should not cause problems with your jaw healing after surgery, but if you have lasting pain after blowing your nose, go see your surgeon and ask questions !
