i got hit in the head two months ago by someone that ruptured my eardrum. is it normal for it to still hurt, especially if there is any wind it hurts ?

Wind induced pain: suggests that your rupture was quite large and has not healed, leaving an opening into the middle ear that is admitting air and causing pain.  You should see a provider (preferably an ENT) for an exam because a small rupture should have healed in two months.  Good luck!

Repeat That....: If the infection is severe enough and chronic, it could spread to the ear. In still developing ears, as in children, the fluid build up could cause enough pressure to cause the ear drum to rupture. The inflammation has impeded the ability of the fluid to drain. It is important to begin treatment before it gets to the chronic stage.

i was hit hard on the side of the head with a ball that has ruptured my ear drum. 1 week on im having bad headaches should i be seen?

Headache: If have not seen ENT. do so. Keep the ear dry and do not completely cover mouth/nose when coughing or sneezing. Take tylenol or naproxen

No worries now: I would recommend getting with your family doctor and explaining your symptoms a bit more indepth and then, possibly submitting for a few lab tests to look for systemic issues such as nutritional deficiencies or endocrinological abnormalities.

i have been having this pulsating feeling in the back of my head that seems to get worse when i lie down but i can still feel it sometimes during the day. also, i have been getting this tingliness in my arms. do you know what could be causing this?

Vascular defect?: Pulsation is suggestive of a blood vessel disorder.  An aneurysm or vascular malformation may be involved.  These may be located in the back of the brain and cause the type of symptoms you describe.  A good quality MRI and mra may be appropriate.  However, first a thorough neurological evaluation  would be appropriate.

Hard to say: It's difficult to draw conclusions from the symptoms you describe. This sort of problem usually requires a more detailed history and exam to determine what is going on. If the symptoms are worse on standing up, it could be low blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension) hyperventilation can cause light headedness and tingling in arms and legs. If it persists, do get an evaluation.

I'm assuming you've had this pain for a long time, that you've had a thorough checkup with no spinal or nerve damage, &amp; no major injuries or surgeries causing it.
