Shaking eyes: There are several possibilities:  if this is lifelong, it might be a variant of nystagmus, a condition of "dancing eyes" due to low vision or a nervous system problem usually accompanied by lowered vision..     Or it might be a spasm of accomodation - a sort of hypersensitive stress reaction in which the eyes turn in towards the nose and wiggle back and forth.   How is your vision?

Nystagmus?: You description sounds like it could be nystagmus if the movements are involuntary.  If new onset, it could be indicative of something serious.  You should see an eye doctor or neurologist for a complete evaluation.

Nystagmus: You may have congenital Nystagmus, which may be corrected with appropriate extraocular muscle  surgery to place your single binocular field in straight ahead position. Prisms  will probably not help. See your local ophthalmic plastic surgeon.

Nystagmus?: I would recommend seeing a physician to see if they can illicit the same finding. It can be nothing but at times it is related to some neurological illnesses.

ENT: She needs to see an ear nose and throat specialist to have her inner ears evaluated.

Nystagmus: It means your central vision is not good and the eye is in a constant saccadic  movement to find better vision.  It happens in macular hypoplasia (malformation) and in certain forms of muscle imbalance. If less than 15 year old must see an eye md asap for diagnosis and therapy.

Probably not...: Although modest changes in color of the sclera can occur with age, you seem a bit young for this. I recommend you see a regular doctor or an ophthalmologist and point this out to them. They may decide to test you for a few very uncommon metabolic disorders, or determine it is caused by some dietary factor or supplement you may be self-administering.

would could cause a shocking feeling in my lower back/spine when i move my eyes from side to side , it is almost nonexistent in the daylight it only happen when the sun goes down and towards the end of the day/night?

Disc height changes: Spines compress during the day (we are shorter in the evenings - ever notice why you have to adjust your rear view mirror so often?)  So if there is a pain with compression, it will be felt more at the end of the day or if you have been on your feet all day.  You can test and partially treat this by doing inversion in the evening, or test it by switching your schedule one day (sleep all day).

Hard to say for sure: Pain like this needs a good explanation.  Could be related to pressure behind your eyes as a result of swelling or of a mass.  Best to check with your primary care physician or eye doc.
