Headaches: Usually poor vision is asymptomatic, however, only a complete eye exam by an ophthalmologist can rule out pathologic conditions. Please see your local ophthalmologist.

Dizzy eyes?: There is a small possibility that your current glasses may need adjustment. However, in my experience eye symptoms are secondary to the dizziness and not a cause of dizziness. I would get your glasses checked. If there is no significant change in the prescription and your ocular motility is normal- I would seek a neuro-otologist for evaluation.

Need more info : Sinusitis usually comes with severe congestion, fever, and thick green, yellow, or brown nasal discharge. If you don’t have these and just have pain with nausea and dizziness, you need to be seen by an urgent care or ER.

Concerning: It is called nystagmus.  Some folks are born with that.  But if it is a new symptom i would see a doctor asap.

if is vertigo - balance disturbance in the middle ear balance organ - you can have back and forth movements of your eyes - nystagmus - but this is involuntary and usually brought on with looking in various directions.  So, I have no idea about you.  There is also a condition with weakness of eye movement muscles. If me, would see an eye doctor and maybe a neurologist. Doubt its  hormones.

Flashes : Flashes of light can indicate a serious problem.  If associated with floaters, flahes could indicate a retinal tear.  Your husband should have an eye examination.  The link below will

Nystagmus: You are describing vestibular symptomatology, and the eye problems are part of this. Could be due to inner ear or central brain problems.  See your doctor, and likely also, an otolaryngologist.  This needs diagnosis, and treatment.
