Lid ptosis: A droopy lid is called ptosis of the eyelid.  There are many causes from birth defect to a variety of traumas and diseases.  If this is a new event you should have an ophthalmologist look at it.  If present and stable for many years, it can be surgically elevated by an oculoplastic surgeon.  Your ophthalmologist can recommend one for you.

Sort of: A skilled optician can make a pair of glasses with a spring attachment to lift the excess skin.  This is rarely done.  A better option is surgery - it is a quick, easy procedure that will solve this problem for you.

Grab eyelashes: My method is to hold my eyelid open by grabbing a group of my eyelashes .  It is probably not the best method but it works for me.

: You may have orbital myokymia which is self limited and benign, but if this causes distress, see an ophthalmologist and get a full examination.

Tiredness: May want to repeat the sleep apnea test and see if there is over treatment or under treatment
may want to do mwt or mslt to rule out other sleep disorders
also, rule out medical conditions, psychiatric conditions, sleep hygiene etc.

Sleepy .tired puffy: Check for thyroid and sleep apnea (if you have sleep apnea -as above-make sure your CPAP is working), as well as drug interactions , ANA, sed rate for autoimmune disease, electrolytes as   potassium ,magnesium calcium, and check for  gastritis, H pylori. Rarely  cushings disease but you are fairly young for that. . .

had upper ptosis eyelid surgery over a week ago my eye seems to hurt to keep it open all the time and when  closing is this normal!

Dryness: Lifting the eyelid causes increased exposure of the ocular surface and the tear film evaporates. This causes the cornea and ocular surface to be come irritated and painful due to dry eyes.  If your pain worsens, consult your surgeon.
