Do you have seizures: It is possible that the jaw pain is a symptom of a neurological problem itself.  Do you have a seizure disorder.  You may want to see a Neurologist.

jaw and neck spasms that feels like tremors. i can't open my jaw wide and talking for too long causes jaw pain and head heaviness. also my ears are ringing, can barely keep my neck up without pain in my jaw?

TMJ?: May be TMJ. Get opinion from oral surgeon. If TMJ, see TMJ expert. See a TMJ-orofacial pain expert to help evaluate and treat your problem. A TMJ-oro-facial pain expert can be general dentist, an oral surgeon, prosthodontist, orofacial pain specialist. Ask your physician, dentist or dental society for a recommendation.

Facial trauma: Any trauma to the face can cause brain swelling or a concussion.  You must be cautious. More important you must be evaluated for injury to the orbit and jaw. See a board certified ENT, Oral Surgeon or Platic surgeon. They may want a CAT Scan to evaluate your face for fractures.  If you don't have headache or change in vision it is unlikely you have a concussion. But you can see your primary.

Be checked today: You may have a dental or sinus infection or both and if it is spreading to the area around your eye you need to be seen and treated with antibiotics. The infection can spread further. All the best sorting this out and getting better.

Causes: Your son may have one problem with associated symptoms, or multiple problems at the same time.  Please call both your Primary Care Physician and your General Dentist for examinations.  Pus = infection.  Your son needs immediate professional care.

Yep: You have a conjunctivitis that is most likely viral and that is a lymph node. There are a few non viral causes of this that are pretty rare. Drops aren't helping because the drops are probably antibiotics and you don't have a bacterial infection. You can see an eyedoc about maybe getting a steroid drop or wait for it to get better in isually a week.
