Probable stye: The early symptom of a stye is discomfort on blinking of the affected lid. If the vision is good, and there is no discharge and the conjunctiva looks normal, then it probably is an early stye.. Try using moist heat for 5 minutes, 4-5 times per day to get rid of it. If persistent, see your ophthalmologist.

Sometimes this can: be caused by a metabolic disorder but usually it resolves on its own. Try to relax and avoid caffeine to see if this helps.

May be seborrhea: Especially if it's also a bit greasy. Keep an eye on it. If it's also in your nasolabial folds or you have a lot of dandruff, this is quite likely. If it gets worse or a well-circumscribed area appears, get it seen

Vitreous traction: When your vitreous is moved around by the rubbing of the eye, it tugs a little on the retina which responds to the mechanical stimulus by thinking this is a light signal and you see a flash of light.  The images on the retina are from the opposite side so a flash from below originates in the retina above.  If the retinal specialist saw not problem, then don't worry.

my daughter is almost 4 and for a week now has these tiny red dots under her right eye and now a few on both eyelids. no new meds or foods or creams. ?

Has she been: vomiting, or straining hard to have a bowel movement? Either of those could cause small blood vessels to rupture, causing bright red dots, called petechiae. If they are only on her face and she doesn't have a fever, they may not mean anything more than that. However, I would recommend having her doctor check them/her to be sure they are not from something more serious.

my left eye is sinking and its eyelid is dropping also but my right eye is more healthy, what should i do??? is there any way i can fix this without some surgeries and stuff?

Need eval first:  Frankly, I am not sure I understand what you are describing. I recommend that you see an eye specialist to determine the cause of these changes. Once a diagnosis is made the doctor can provide you with possible treatment options.
