No: Vitamins are trace elements and are needed in very small amounts usually supplied with an average diet 
vitamin deficiency is relatively rare and I am not aware of muscle twitching  being an important symptom.Anxiety is a more likely cause , !

Nystagmus: If the eyes jump when you look to the extreme right or left, that can be normal.  If they jump up or down, this is not normal and generally represents a neurologic disease.  With congenital poor vision, a searching type nystagmus can develop.  If it is a new onset, you should seek medical attention as a stroke can cause it or a neurologic disease.

Multiple Problems: Dark circles under eyes can be from allergies or sleep deprivation or both.  Easy bruising can be caused by blood disorders but can also be caused by certain vitamin supplements like fish oil, flax seed oil or other high omega 3 fatty acids.  If you are taking any of these stop them for a while and see if your bruising improves.  Also be careful with aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.

Brownish eyes: Send photo to be sure. Could be vitamin A deficiency but could also be racial Melanosis (normal) or a pterygium, pinguecula or tumor. Consult with us to help solve this issue.
