Differential Dx alot: Anxiety to neurologic disorders. Med- side effects or mega-doses of vitamins or supplements.
Exposure to pesticides especially if you live or work on a farm or agriculture industry w/o protection of hands and w/o a mask to prevent inhalation. See an ophthalmologist to check eyes. Do you have mvp? Metallic taste makes toxins ? Family hx of neurologic /
degenerative disease important. Get evaluated.

Dehydration: More frequently than not eye pressure is related to dryness or sinus pressure.  Both of which are also causes for dizziness.  Suggest taking more fluids daily and if inadequate response, you need to be seen by your doctor.

Increaed ICP: The same thing that's causing the headaches, dizziness, eye pressure, neck pain (symptoms) can also be causing papilledema (a physical sign; not a diagnosis). Constellation of reported signs and symptoms is consistent with increased intracranial pressure and requires urgent medical attention.

Ct scan: I recommend a ct scan of the brain and paranasal sinuses for complete evaluation of your symptoms. You could also consult an Otolaryngologist or neurologist and have them order appropriate tests after their examination and  assessment of your symptoms. I favor the neurologist for evaluation.

Sinus disease: Many of the symptoms sound as if you have sinus issues or mastoid sinus disease. You didn't specify what the MRI was for but if it covered the head it may only see a part of the sinuses. Allergic rhinitis may also present with similar symptoms.

See an eye doctor: Sounds like you should see a doctor.  I would start with an eye doctor if you can, otherwise see your family doctor.  Eye pain and pressure can be caused by many things.  I would get it checked.

Could be wide range: Of possibilities.  Any history of migraines? Possibly pregnant?  Sick contacts - typical virus/flu?  Food poisoning?  Any other constitutional signs, or symptoms?  If persists, then need to be evaluated by gp.
