Lactose Intolerance: You may have lactose intolerance.Lactose is the sugar in the milk whick requires an enzyme lactase to digest, and if there is deficiency of this enzyme it can cause symptoms of pain, gas, fatigue etc.You can try lactose free milk or take lactase with milk or milk products, if you have to drink milk.
I will suggest you consult your doctor to confirm if that's what is causing your symptoms.

Difficult to dtermin: The symptoms you list are vague, and can be caused by multiple problems, and possibly no real illness at all. You need to see your local health care provider and make a list of your symptoms to give to him.

Large tender breasts can be caused by fibrocystic disease, which most women have. If the breasts are large, then this can cause back and neck pain. Weight loss will help, and in extreme cases.

Virus?: This can be a sign of poor sleeping position, but more than likely, you have a viral illness that shoukd pass within a few days. Drink plenty of fluids, take an alagesic to relieve the achiness, and get some rest, good nutrition, and a few good nights of sleep

 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Hematoma: No. Hematoma should have resolved. If it was around spinal nerves can cause cauda equina which causes numbness around where you wipe after defecation and can cause incontinence of urine or feces. Your symptoms are not consistent with this. Would look for other reason.

By : By the date of this post, almost a week has passed. If you have not seen a doctor already it is wise to do so. The symptoms you described can indicate angina, or myocardial infarction (mi, also known as heart attack). Also, your symptoms could have merely been due to an adverse effect of taking four 5 hour energy drinks. This high amount of caffeine can often mimic the signs of a mi. I recommend you cut down on these drinks so as to avoid any unwanted side effects.
Regardless you will need a work up, which will include an ekg (test that checks the electrical activity of your heart), this test can give an indication if there is concern for an mi or risk of one. 
After a detailed history, exam, and testing, your doctor will be able to give you a likely diagnosis and treatment plan.

May be: Various problems. Since you take isosorbide, heart issues need to be considered. Abdominal possibilities include gallstones, gastritis, stomach ulcer, esophageal reflux, kidney stone pain, etc. Need to have an evaluation with a doctor.
