Mastitis: At your age and it only two days of having symptoms, which are describing is some sort of inflammatory process. If we tie the two together, then some sort of inflammation or infection in the breast tissue  with secondary changes in the lymph glands in your armpit makes some sense.  In almost every case, your body will be able to manage this on its own.  If this doesn't resolve quickly see your md.

Chest pains: I assume there has been no recent injury or tender spot from mild inflammation of the rib cage. Fleeting chest pains can be caused by an irritable or pinched intercostal nerve or muscle that runs between 2 ribs. This is often provoked or aggravated by a deep breath. This tends to resolve after a few days. See your MD if chest pains persist or worsen.

Not likely.: Unless there is bleeding or discharge from the nipple or armpit it is unlikely that you will catch anything.
