why would i keep experiancing the same nightmare every night?

the last few days everytime i look at a light i get headache, expecially the sun or at night when using my phone.why is that happening?

New symptoms?: We would need more information in order to give you a reliable answer. However to make a guess, if these symptoms are associated with vomiting, changes in vision, fainting, extremity weakness, worse when you bend over you need to be seen as soon as possible. If this has happened before and no severe symptoms it could be migraine and Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen along with rest in a dark room can help.

Pruritus Ani: Itching is termed pruritus ani. In association with bleeding most common cause is hemorrhoids. Other causes: diarrhea, infection, seepage of stool, soaps, drugs, excess  hair , alcohol, caffeine, etc.  Keep area clean & dry without too much wiping. Use a fiber supplement. Since rectal bleeding is a factor, see your doctor.

Get checked: At 56 lack of Estrogens cause dryness of vaginal mucosa , and  this change predisposes to urinary infections , see your doctor . May need possible local estrogen ointment  treatments.

Unrelated: The discharge two years later has nothing to do with the cesearean section. Consult your MD for an exam and cultures to figure out what the discharge could be.

i am 99% sure im experiancing precidual catch syndrome. ive had it before but it usually only lasts a few minutes. i am presently going on hour 15 of these symptoms and need relief. i cannot take a deep breath and i also cannot lay down in any way wi?

See a doctor/ ER: You need a medical examination ASAP. I do not think it is anything serious but you need to be medicated for this pain. May need and benefit from taking an antacid prescription.
