To start: They need to be evaluated by a neurologist to start but then should be seen by a physical medicine doctor and physical and occupational therapist to help them get better.

PT/OT: Range of motion, resistance, strength and balance require attention. A good physical & occupational therapist will be able to train you. You have parkinson's for 40 years and you are currently 47 yo?

Get this checked: Important to make certain that swelling and pain not due to thrombophlebitis, caused by venous blood clot.  Other causes include chemical imbalances, cardiovascular and kidney issues.  Best to be safe.

If you: have not seen a doctor do that first.  They will adjust any medications and perform the proper tests.  If you have done this then physical therapy would help the situation.   So talk to your doctor to set things up.

Stroke rehab: You have right body weakness and muscle atrophy from lack of usage resulting from a stroke on left side of your brain.  Depending of the nature and size of stroke lesion, you may recover some or all of your motor function with time.  It is important to receive physical therapy and post-stroke rehab to keep your muscle tone and prevent permanent atrophy and chronic contraction of your tendons.

No: it very unlikely at ur age. unless u have any serious medical problems, it all anxiety. Usually try behavior modification, punctuality in sleeping, read a book and warm milk  fi u like. Avoid caffeine, drinking, TV in room. Do regular exercise and get busy with ur studies or work. don't dx yourself.

See your doctor: These types of symptoms usually catch my attention.  It would seem unlikely in your age group for this to be a stroke.  Still to be certain it's not or something else MRI is very sensitive.  And discuss this with your doctor

Stroke unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
