Retinoids: Topical retinoids which require a prescription can help remove fine wrinkles and smooth your skin. Laser treatment such as co2 resurfacing is a bigger procedure but works well. Chemical peels and ipl (intense pulse light) treatments can also help.

In reality: There is no clear facial exercise that will definitely help with this.  Weight loss may help to better define your jaw line but you still can be left with "extra skin".  If you are really set on improving this area, your best bet is to consult a plastic surgeon.

If you think so, OK.: There's no proof that coffee scrubs (or any scrub) has any prolonged, lasting medical effect. It may be a waste of money in that regard. However, if you can afford it, &amp; if you don't experience any harm in it, then I see no problem with going ahead. But keep up diet &amp; exercise for 30 min each day. That's the only proven way to keep healthy. See a dermatologist if cosmetic symptoms persist.

Metabolism: To tighten up skin that is slack after weight loss, it usually takes monumental effort when done via exercise and when the person is over 35 years of age.  One of the best exercises which gives overall toning is swimming laps (repetitive anaerobic exercise).  Running long distances is also helpful, but can be stressful to joints. Short of exercise, surgery might be a consideration.

Hello. : Hello. It is likely that the connective tissue in this area is pretty stretched out and won't get it's bounce back. It is kind of like an elastic band. It is very stretchy initially. But if it becomes overly stretched out over a long period of time, it is likely to lose it's give. The best thing that i can suggest is to work on muscle tone in your arms, but that won't reduce batwings. Congratulations on your weight loss.
