I took a look at these and they are a good start.  Make sure that you address both sides of your back.  The collarbone fracture may well be the reason that you have asymmetric back pain.  A good move is to see a physical therapist for a good home treatment program.  Good luck!

started working out with barbell shoulder exercises. now i have right shoulder & collarbone discomfort.  x-ray was normal. is mri warranted?

MRI will not : Solve your discomfort on your shoulder and collarbone. You may just have strained or pulled a muscle when you started exercising. Physical therapy , warm compresses and anti-inflammatory medications may help. Take it easy with your exercise. See your doctor if symptoms are getting worst

If it's not causing: Any problems besides cosmetically, be careful about anything aggressive like surgery.  Otherwise, while you can build up the pectoral(chest), deltoid(shoulder) and trapezius muscles to "hide" the collar bone, it usually results in the big neck body builder aesthetic which most people aren't interested, not only that it really take significant muscule hypertrophy to get to that "hiding" stage.

Over stress to area: Any area after exercise, beyond the usual muscle aching, usually means that the joints, muscles, or ligaments attached to that bone (clavicle, in this case), are being over stresses, or strained.  There is something wrong, often with either the particular movement or the amount ow weight used for the exercise.  Recommend a personal trainer  at least for few sessions to do & learn proper exercise.
