can trazodone cause dry eyes, fullness & pressure in face/head, headache? do these ever go away?

It can cause all of: Those symptoms. It clogs the sinus pathway by leading to swelling of the nasal mucosa. This can lead to sinus headaches and it has other chemical effects that can lead to dry eyes. Please see your doctor to discuss other options, especially since it can  also cause or contribute to a disorder of daytime sleepiness. Best wishes.

i feel thirsty all the time and i often wake up with dry eyes. i am not on any medication and dont have any other symptoms of things like diabetes. can sun exposure cause me to be thirsty?

: If you are sweating a lot with sun exposure and you do not drink enough, you may feel thirsty because of dehydration but this condition is uncommon in American daily life because water is plenty. If dry mouth is the main symptom of your thirstiness, then along with dry eyes and your age + gender, sicca syndrome should be ruled out. Good luck.

Many possible: Causes. You would need an in person exam to get an accurate diagnosis.  Possibilities:  infectious, inflammatory, autoimmune, dermatologic.

i smoked out. small window opening for a few years and could turn my head at time and i think more smoke got in my eyes all this time.

Quit smoking : Please quit smoking. Use artificial tear several times a day. Dryness will get better. If not, see ophthalmologist.

Headache s/p reading: Have you checked you TSH, free T4 thyroid may be from that., especially since you are on thyroixine may be too high. Could be eye strain when you checked your retina did they check vision astigmatism , strabismus and eye coordination? Also could,cervical spine strain ,try motrin( if no allergy)    dry eyes usually would make you rub your eyes.  rarely could be mass or vascular in brain  f/u w/doc

You should be feeling better within days. You will gain weight from doing this and also start urinating a lot. If you gain weight, but don't increase your urination or get out of breath, see your doctor ASAP.

Ocular allergies: Rinse eyes gently with saline, use over the counter eye drops for allergy patients and have allergy testing. Watch for signs of infection. Flonase should be directed outward away from the eyes.
