See your doctor: Pressure in the chest is a worrisome sign. Although it can be from a stomach problem, it can alos be from a heart problem, which can be very serious, even life threatening. Best to get evaluated by your doctor.

: I don't think that excessive belching is a common symptom of malignancy. In my experience, it's often caused by forcing oneself to belch. By doing so, one merely keeps swallowing more air which aggravates the need or urge to belch.

Depends: It sounds like it, but it depends on if other symptoms are present, such as diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain, etc.  If it is just those symptoms, then yes, it may be just gas.

See below: Belching is the act of expelling air from the stomach through the mouth. It usually occurs when the stomach distends, or expands because of too much swallowed air. Belching releases the air to reduce the distention. You can also have a gas buildup in the stomach from bacteria working on food, which give up for gas. Anxiety can cause just about any physical symptom but it would be uncommon for anxiety to cause excessive belching. If your anxiety includes hyperventilating then that would be a good source of swallowed air, which then could lead to belching.

Possible : One if the rare symptoms of angina is dyspepsia, indigestion and belching. Most common is chest pain that radiates to neck and shoulder or heaviness in the chest. If one has risk factors like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, overweight, smoking and family historyi, then belching should not be ignored.
