Papilledema: I trust that a neurologist is involved in your care as a lumbar puncture can be dangerous if increased intracranial pressure is present. Also, strenuous exertion can aggravate increased intracranial pressure.

Sorry to hear that: Sometimes LP's can result in lower back pain.  Your doctor should've prescribed something for your pain in case it developed.  Also, you should drink plenty of fluids and be taking it easy from heavy exertional activities for a couple of days.  It'll get better. But if it gets worse or something feels like it's swelling in the low back etc. you should contact the doctor right away.

Common causes: Straining or valsalva maneuver during lumbar puncture, very high blood pressure, presence of tumors or hemorrhages, pseudotumor cerebri, hydrocephalus, venous thrombosis, brain abscess, encephalitis, swelling of brain due to edema of stroke, etc.

Pseudotumor cerebri?: Ask a neurosurgeon. There are procedures such as making tiny windows in the sheath around the optic nerve that may help greatly.

This : This less likely than if you were struck in the midface.  Cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) can leak from the nose due to fracture of a thin plate of bone above the nose called the cribiform plate.  This type of leak is usually due to a direct blow to the midface.

Depends on other: Symptoms and the duration of symptoms but consider things like sinus infections, tumors, optic nerve or muscle issues etc. I would have your doctor examine you to figure out the right cause.

Sinus or worse: Most pain and pressure in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache.  Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it.  If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.  It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye.  You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

No: Pressure behind the eyes is usually due to a sinus problem.  In most people, high blood pressure does not cause symptoms.
