Topical Hydrocortisone may help..But this cream is quite weak, so you may need a script from your doc for a stronger one. But above all, avoid excessive washing. Wear gloves to do your work so u will need less washing..Goog luck.

An : An anti-perspirant called drysol works fairly well. You may need a prescription to by it but often do not. I assume you have had this problem for years. If this is not effective, there are  other treatments some invasive and surgical. If you are hot and sweaty elsewhere on your body you should be evaluated for medical conditions besides what you appear to have  (technical name is: palmar hyperhidrosis). Also see the link below.

Let's hope not!: I have not heard of any nerve damage with masturbation, excessive or not.  If so, there would be a lot of young men with carpal tunnel syndrome.  In reality, carpal tunnel syndrome is more common in women and usually occurs in people over 40.  So, you don't have to worry about your hands.

Long term alcohol: Use can lead to neuropathy. While this is a possible cause of your numbness, there can be others, including injuries or trapped nerves in neck, wrist, or elbow. Talk to your doctor to get vit b and Folic Acid levels on you to see if these could be a cause of your neuropathy. If those are normal, discuss other causes. Most importantly, talk to them about solutions to using too much alcohol.
