: The Issue is whether a person produces excess gas or whether it's a problem of passing normal amounts of gas through the intestinal tract. If a colon cancer obstructs the descending colon, gas can't be passed out through the rectum. Metamucil,a fiber supplement, can produce excessive gas. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal can prevent gas buildup from meals.

Unlikely: it you are 19 and have gas, it is not a typical symptom of cancer. you are unlikely to have colon cancer unless you have strong family history or other alarm features (blood per rectum, weight loss, anemia, etc)

Unlikely: While not unknown, colon cancer at your age is uncommon. If you have a family history of early onset colon cancer you may wish to get a colonoscopy. You could opt for a cologuard test, you will need a prescription from your doctor for the test. 
For reducing gas, reduce your intake of food. Stress is probably making you eat more that is needed.

Maybe: A physician office visit and appropriate studies will settle this. Hopefully and most likely it's something simpler (has your thyroid been checked?) but you'll need to do this. Good luck.

Constipation: Common things being common, you are unlikely to have colon cancer or prostate issues at your age. Constipation is another issue, and i suspect you've still got it. Retained hard stool in your rectum may be causing your symptoms, or a hemorrhoid caused by straining.  Try a laxative, lots of water, and adding more fiber to your diet.

Unlikely: A diagnosis of cancer of the intestines at 23 yr of age is very unusual. If you are constipated and there is  larger piece of stool blocking  passage of stool, this may cause thinner stools. Try to have more fiber in your diet and stay hydrated.
