Pain relief: These are two separate groups of medications and there is no  drug interactions.  Lyrica (pregabalin) is used for chronic neuropathic pain or antiepileptic agent, Excedrin pm provides relief of acute pain accompanied by sleeplessness. Take care.

Probably not: Excedrin pm is a nigttime medication for headaches - there is probably no reason for the caffeine (for headaches) or the pm component.  A number of over the counter meds such as tylenol (acetaminophen) arthritis are a better first choice if you do not have other issues - discuss with your pharmacist.

Yes,but: It is better to take zyrtec (cetirizine) at night because16 % of  pt in us can have drowsiness with zyrtec (cetirizine). Be sure to take Excedrin  after food to avoid stomach problem.

May a be good idea: This may be a good idea because you don't want to take two medicines that have anti inflammatory activity but Excedrin PM does not have an anti-inflammatory NSAIDs it has acetaminophen or Tylenol  since the Stelera is use for psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis do you have rheumatoid arthritis or not? These guidelines are still OK for psoriatic arthritis
