There can be an: interaction. The diphenhydramine in the Excedrin PM can interact with Prozac (fluoxetine) w increased "dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment." per Drugs.Com drug interaction checker.
