See below: A processed diet is one where you do not make your food from scratch and a manufacturer makes it. You are less likely to get preservatives and other additives if you make your food from scratch.

Unbalanced diet: Pbj especially with whole grain bread may not necessarily make an unbalanced diet. It is rich in energy, provides the desired type of fat, is rich in protein and is a good source of fiber. A child who does not eat  fruits and vegetables may need supplemental vitamins. Drinking milk will provide calcium and additional calories. Don't worry - this might just be a transient phase.

Won't hurt except...: If it's "sweet tea" as we we call it in the south then that's a lot of sugar calories which of course is not good for you.

Birth control: See your physician and they can prescribe birth control which regulates periods beautifully. You do not have to be sexually active to go on birth control. As far as diet make sure to eat a well balanced and healthy diet. Drink plenty of fluids about 8 glasses of water a day. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per day and regular exercise. Also take a multivitamin every morning.

Discourage this: Every once in a while a taste of something you like may take away the craving but we discourage getting off the diet since your well being depends on it.  Avoiding toxic build up is important to staying well.

A fad diet: You weight gain or loss reflects the balance of caloric intake vs. calories spent. Eat a balanced diet, exercise, if you want to lose weight, reduce your intake of food,
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

BMI: The body mass index (BMI) is an indicator of your body mass compared to known controls. It is not an indication of how many calories one must eat. Certainly, if your goal is to lose weight, you must eat fewer calories than your body burns off in order to make your BMI decrease. How to do that is often difficult, but your doctor can help. No: Zantac (ranitidine) is a histamine 2 receptor reverse agonist and would not significantly affect histamine production.when withdrawn.  There is a theoretical possibility that Zantac (ranitidine) itself may lead to more histamine release by blocking the histamine 2 receptor(which acts as a feedback switch)  but this has not been clinically a significant issue.

Address issues : If you have thalassemia minor and a very mild anemia as a result, it is a non-problem unless you marry someone else with it. If you have a second cause of significant anemia, it needs to be addressed. Unless the ketogenic diet is prescribed for epilepsy, please reconsider. These fad diets are likely to make you feel unwell and are less effective than developing a fitness habit.
