i have severe stomach cramps every time i eat. and it doesn't matter what i eat. what is the cause of this or what can i do?

Go see your DR and : Get checked for stomach irritation, gallbladder problem etc. U may take otc  Omeprazole and antacids & cut down on caffeine, soda, spicy foods, orange juice etc. Let your dr make the final diagnosis.

: Common problem but not normal. Your body is talking to you!

Listen &amp; take good notes. 
When does it start/stop? 
Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

is it normal to get stomach cramps everytime i need to bm?

May be: Some light cramping before a bowel movement may not be abnormal. People with irritable bowel syndrome may have cramps with an urgent need to move their bowels and have diarrhea shortly after eating a meal. In normal people any cramping should be mild(gastrocolic reflex) and the bowel movement itself is usually normal and not very loose. An antispasmodic medication like bentyl (dicyclomine) can prevent cramps.

Blood clots: Any estrogen containing med can increase the risk of blood clots. Severe abdominal pain is a symptom that deserves further evaluation in someone using the patch.  Some women stop using condoms when on birth control, which can increase the risk of stds & pelvic infections. Have you been faithful? Has she?

Water or nothing?: It's normal to be concerned about your health, and to worry why you feel bad. The possibilities are numerous--ranging from acid reflux (i.e., heartburn) or a peptic ulcer to pancreatic or biliary disease ; even stress. Alarm signs include weight loss, bleeding, recurrent vomiting, significant tenderness. Whatever the cause, you're appropriately anxious about it and should seek help from ur doctor.

Bending/cramping/BM: Does it happen when not at work? Consider evaluation for gallbladder / gastritis w/ H. pylori, -irritated by bending. Rarely carcinoid . May benefit from CT abdomen/ pelvis to assess  gallbladder, pancreas, and lymph nodes and then may need  colonsocopy  and /or small bowel follow through to look at bowel .May also be anxiety., irritable bowel F/u w/ gastroenterologist

Milk abdominal pain: You could have lactose intolerance.  Many people with this can tolerate small amounts of dairy, but when they have too much they can get gas, cramps, and even diarrhea.  You don't have to have all 3.  You could try lactose free milk, lactase supplements (Lactaid in USA) to see if they help, or get tested.
