Acid reflux: R sounds like acid reflux. It could also bee your hall bladder if it's on the right side. Try some OTC meds for reflux. If it doesn't help, you need to see your PCP.

Sounds like: you are swallowing AIR when you eat. Try eating more slowly. Do not mix fluids and solid food during the meal.  Obviously avoid carbonated beverages.

Check  ingredients: You may have a sensitivity to a common ingredient. I suggest making a list of these drinks and foods for your family doctor to review. If there is no clear answer, then consider seeing an allergist.

Maybe: These symptoms might be gerd but, depending on your age and risk factors, need eval by a physician to ensure that this is not related to your heart. Also, there are other causes of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) such as esophageal strictures that may need further treatment. You can start by taking a medication like Pepcid (famotidine) over the counter x 2 weeks but if you have chest pain, see a doctor.

when i swallow, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat, also when i eat a meal it feels like its not going down and its just sitting at the bottom of my throat.  when i take a deep breath it feels tight in my chest.

Dysphagia: You seem to experience esophageal dysphagia that will need to be investigated properly. Keep a log with differences, if any, between liquids and solids based on consistency and possible progression. Monitor your weight. Start with your primary care doc for an exam and further tests as needed.

Many possibilities: That symptom is very common and could be associated with many things. It could be related an enlarged thyroid gland or other mass, but quite unlikely. It can be related to acid reflux(gerd) and  laryngopharyngeal reflux(lpr). Some people require many months of once or twice daily reflux meds to help. Another issue can be muscle tension dysphonia, so see an ent/laryngologist.

i noticed i have what feels like swelling right below both side of my ribs right above my abdomen. also not sure if its related but everytime i eat i feel like my food gets stuck in my throat even have a hard time drinking after this happens.

You need to be seen: If you are previously healthy, this suggests that something may be stuck down there that is being irritated by anything you eat or drink.  Meanwhile, try an antacid, eat bulky foods like soft bread, and if you can get them,  ask pharmacist for a proton pump inhibitor.
