Need to see GI DR.: You need a work up including an endoscopy and biopsies of the stomach lining to look for bacteria that cause ulcers . Also to evaluate other causes of your reflux.

IBS: Try a rotation or elimination diet. Start with no foods, just clear liquids and eat one food at a time to see what you tolerate   avoid all foods that aggravate.

Gallstones?: There are a number of causes of upset stomach after eating.  These include gastritis (inflammation of lining of stomach), an ulcer (either in the stomach or the upper part of intestines), gallstones, food sensitivity/allergy, or reflux disease.  It's always a good idea with stomach symptoms to see your physician.  Hope you feel better soon!

Gallbladder dz: Eating meat can ca cause gb spasms and lead to pain.  Other GI conditions like gastritis can lead to this too.

Don't know.: There can be many reasons a stomach is upset ranging from viruses to food poisoning to disease such as inflammatory bowel or celiac or even from emotional reasons.  When and what you can eat will depend on what the cause of the stomach upset is.

Gallbladder?:      You didn&#x27;t specify but one food and it is fried. If it mainly greasy and/or spicy foods that bother you, you need to have your gallbladder evaluated. In  any case, you need to see your PCP to get a good history &amp; physical, plus any indicated diagnostic tests.

Maybe the dairy?: As a pediatrician, I see my patients lose their ability to digest milk sugar (lactose) as they grow up. That is normal. Two-thirds of the Earth's population become lactose-intolerant. One can eat lactose-free versions of the same foods, or take a Lactaid tablet with the meal. An inability to properly digest oils and fats is a different problem. One's doctor can look for other problems too.
