Prolapse?: Ibs can cause rectal prolapse, which can cause your symptoms.  Be seen to be evaluated.

Inflammation?: This suggests inflammation of the lining of the rectum. It could be an infection, e.g. an STD if your sexual activities include anal exposure; or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease, especially if you also have diarrhea, cramps, or blood with stool. Anal Fissure: You have a tear. This is known as an anal fissure.  Please google: "the three s's of anal fissure".  You will need time to heal. This comes by keeping the wound clean, softening your stool, avoiding further trauma till healed, and possibly steroid cream to help you heal up.

That's poo: Well that foul smell is feces or poo.  It's normal. Just make sure you wipe appropriately. :)

I am so sorry.: What a sad thing to hear that you were sexually assaulted as a young child! I am not surprised that you had bleeding. Your tissues as a five-year-old were certainly not ready for any sort of penetration. Even consenting adults in loving relationships often use lubricants for greater comfort during sex. I am assuming things are back to normal, and i hope you have sought counseling to help you.

: Passing mucus through the rectum isn't concerning unless there is copious amount or associated intestinal symptoms or there is a STD  present.  However since you were experiencing anal discomfort an anal fissure may have been the cause. A proctologist is best to evaluate you if anal discomfort or problematic hemorrhoidal symptoms don't fully resolve.

Gastroenteritis.: This sounds like acute gastroenteritis - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pains, fever, chills and sweats are all possible components of this.  Could be viral or food-borne, BUT I'd think this is lasting too long, unless you tell me that you ate fried rice before this started as there's a bacterium in fried rice that can cause symptoms for upwards of 14 days.  But you may need a CT scan now.
