2 days: I hold patients out of strenuous activity for 2 days after each viscosupplement/joint fluid injection to minimize soreness and maximize benefit. Of course, your physician should be able to guide you in this process. Some patients that have moderate pain and swelling are held out of sports until their symptoms improve, which may be a few weeks after completion of the full series of injections.

i had my last euflexxa injection on the 10th of october & my knee pain  is getting bad again i use pain ointment  4 times a day. should i wait it out.

See details: It is a little too early to give up on the euflexxa. Give it another week or two before considering it a failure.

Yes and no: It depends on the amount of cartilage you have left. If it is bone on bone it is less likely.

Maybe: I usually recommend viscosupplementation (euflexxa or other brands) if cortisone injections don't work well enough.  These allow patients to postpone knee replacement surgery, but not indefinitely.

Now is fine: You can start low impact exercise now.  Exercises that strengthen your leg muscles will help to decrease knee pain.

May be: The answer is may be  
It will help temporarily 
Try knee brace and local nsaid like diclofenac sodium gel 1percent  similar effectiveness and non invasive. 
Tramadol orally may be effective
Weight loss will help if BMI is more than 24

Knee injection: You are taking an anti-coagulant - the risk when having injections is possible bleeding and in your case into the joint. While some MD's will do the injection - I personally feel its better to be safe than sorry.

if i had 4 injections of hyalgan and it didn't help the knee pain would synvisc, (hylan g-f 20) eufflexa, supartz or orthovisc help the pain?

Unlikely: These are all similar treatments.  If you failed one the others are unlikely to work.  4 injections of Hyalgan is an unusual number.  Did you complete the recommended treatment?

You could: Euflexa and other injections like it, it suppose to relief pain by helping to repiar of the cartilage in the knee it a while to work, and the damage to the cartlage is advance it will do anythings.
