: Nicotine facilitates the growth of existing cancer cells.  Alcohol desiccates oral tissues. Vaping promotes damage to oral mucosa. It requires you to take time out of the work day to support your addiction, not a great way to endear yourself to your employer. Sit down w your computer and the ingredients list. Google each ingredient. See if any harmful effects are reported.

No: There isn't anything in sugar substitutes that will cause the etg (ethyl glucuronide) test to show positive.  However, because etg test measures products of metabolism of ethyl alcohol from any source, it is sensitive to small amounts of alcohol. It will detect ingestion or exposure to alcohol in mouthwash, cough syrup and other medicated syrups,  and possibly even hand sanitizers.

Not certain: All positive drug screens need a confirmatory test and unexplained results can be discussed with the pathologist who supervises the lab.

: Both these are often packaged in ethanol which would evaporate in the process of baking if the questions are about consuming these  in baked goods. If they are added to a beverage the trace amount would not necessarily be found, nut if it were it would be a true positive.

Perfume: Unless youre drinking the perfume, it should not be detected in your blood

Definitely, no: While some OTC meds does contain some benzyl alcohol, it seems highly unlikely that it would show up on a urine drug test. The modern drug testing is done by the  mass spectrometry. It can differentiate between benzyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol and would not cause false positive drug screen.

Keppra (levetiracetam): Ethyl Glucuronide alcohol test false positives have been reported with Anti-seizure medications such as Keppra (levetiracetam) &amp; Neurontin.
