Start simple: ...With an antacid--liquid like maalox or mylanta or tablet like Tums or rolaids. If works and only occasional symptoms, then ok to use. If regular / recurrent discomfort, try h2 blocker like Pepcid (famotidine) (or generic) once or twice daily for at least 10 days to see if will work for you. If persisting symptoms, see gastroenterologist for id of cause.

Nerve pressure: Sounds like nerve pressure. Often this is caused by inflammation which could be the result of the exercise. May also have a pinched nerve. See the Neurologist for evaluation and treatment. Good Luck.

Reflux: basically, reflux means that gastric contents are refluxed into the esophagus.  This can be exacerbated by fatty meals, tobacco, alcohol, coffee, tea, peppermint, licorice.  Acid levels can be normal or even low, but can burn the esophagus.  Treatment includes acid blockers such as PPI's orH2 blockers. Sometimes the reflux can be caused by bile, which is non acidic and is treated with sucralfate

Stomach upset: "sour stomach" means stomach upset, due to both acid & non-acid causes, slow emptying of the stomach, h.Pylori infection, atrophic & hypersecretory problems. Try acid blockers & diet modification, alcohol & tobacco cessation. If recurrent, unresponsive, or worsens then get help. Sometimes heart disease, gynecologic issues, kidney/bladder, intestinal, pancreas/gallbladder can all present similarly.

Are you asking if it's better to take antibiotic after meals if she's on a proton pump inhibitor? Or you want to combine meds and have her take it? Is she nauseous or having dry heaves? Get tested forC Diff: Follow up with your doctor and get tested for C Difficile.Clindamycine is known to cause that
when you are on Antibiotics it destroy normal helpful Bacteria and without the good bacteria C Difficile grows out of control
If it is positive it will need to be treated with appropriate Antibiotics

Ovarian cyst:  The ovarian cyst with septations is small, and probably benign.  The myometrial fibroid is also probably benign.  A trial of "ovral" (a birth control pill) may diminish both in time, but your doctor may also want a sample of tissue from the ovarian cyst which is gotten via laparoscopy because of the septations.  The chances of abnormal cell growth are small.  Discuss options with your doctor.
