Douche: Yes. You may have a problem with that. Finding an alternate may be difficult. If your symtoms are very mild or more theoretical than real you may be able to by with using this method.

Unlikely: External soap and water.
If drainage, some douches can be helpful and simple.
Hope one of the gyns will respond also.
If really excessive drainage or odor, be evaluated for other conditions.

Cloth: Cloth diapers are better for babies since you don't the, risk of foreign substances that might be present in disposables.

It depends: It depends on where you're spraying them, in what concentrations, and whether you personally tolerate them.  If you have sensitivities towards what you're spraying, you could develop a skin or other tissue reaction. : You MAY have an infection.  Please see your doctor.  He/she may include keeping the area clean and dry.  Fungal infections like dark and damp places even w/good hygiene.  Peace and good health.

No worries: Hepatitis C is not caught through occasionally accidentally slightly touching somebody else's tampon. Also, not very many people in the US have viruses to spread onto their tampons. That means most tampons are not going to spread anything at all, no matter what kind of touching is done. Remember, you can't get something from nothing.

Call poison control: If you were in my office, I would call Poison Control at 1 800 222-1222 for the best information pertinent to your particular situation.  They often need a little more information than what you've provided here to make the best recommendation, and if you call them, they can find out what they need to know.  Depending on the details, there may be some concerns about eyes, or breathing.

Doesn't sound bad: Getting some fresh, clean, room temperature cooking oil in an eye doesn't sound that bad. Oils like olive oil, canola oil, corn oil, etc... Don't seem to have any bad effects when we touch them or taste them. So, after getting a bit in the eye, and after wiping the face and eyelids with a soft, dry cloth, one can probably watch for unusual changes and call a doctor if any noticeable changes occur.

No: It may burn a bit but will not cause harm.

Increase blood Flow: This is a chemical that increases blood flow to the mucous membranes that line the sinus cavities acting as a mild irritant.  This then allows better flow though and relieving congestion.  Similar to irrigation with saline or salt water.
