Making a decision regarding giving anticoagulation to a patient with an increased bleeding risk requires a risk to benefit evaluation. Look at the pathology report, assuming you had a biopsy. Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider.

Dysphagia : in the setting of reflux disease, food getting stuck (dysphagia) is fairly common. It is usually due to inflammation of the end of the esophagus, but occasionally Is due to more serious things, such as esophageal cancer. It is unlikely that you have cancer, but it is important to evaluate the cause. The esophagus can be dilated to normal size at the same time, solving the problem. Good luck.

No, see doctor: Why are you in pain? It may be something that is treatable or manageable with routine pain medications. Weed is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain. You should see a doctor for an evaluation, before medicating yourself with weed.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have erosive gastritis and i tried nexium (esomeprazole) and pariet. i feel better when i took them,but my symptom come back when i stop taking. what can i do ?

Take longer?: For how long did you take Nexium (esomeprazole)?  Assuming there's no H. Pylori infection causing your gastritis, you'd have to take Nexium (esomeprazole) for several weeks at least to induce healing.  If there is an H.pylori etiology, you'd need specific treatment for that for help the condition.  If you had an EGD, you'd know if there was such an infection or not.

had endoscopy results were site d gastritis:mild haemorrhagic with no bleeding stomach non-erosive gastritis they said to up my lansoprozole and take gaviscon which i have already done im concerned over the haemorrhagic is that dangerous?

: I'm only familiar with 2 types of gastritis--erosive &amp; nonerosive.  I'm confused with the oxymoron of hemorrhagic and yet, no bleeding description.   Bleeding from gastritis can cause vomiting of blood which can at times look like coffee grounds or  passage of black stools.  Be vigilant.
