See your dentist: Often times once the cause for the angular cheilitis is figured out it can be eliminated. There are prescription ointments available to treat your particular case that work better

See below: I would give the Erythromycin a rest and take a high dose probiotic such as vsl#3.  Do not take immodium or lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine).  If the diarrhea persists you need to be checked for clostridium difficile overgrowth/colitis.

Mostly not: Pinkeye ( viral conjunctivitis ) for the most part is caused by a virus. Sometimes you can get a bacterial infection as well. Less often the primary problem is bacteria. Erithmycin ointment is effective for bacterial conjunctivitis. It's usually given as an ointment as there's no benefit from giving it orally. Bacterial infections are purulent and have more of a yellow green thick discharge.

i do have serious catarrh each time i inhale dust from a counting machine.it is not frequent but it do happen until i take erithromycin.what is d caus?

Allergy: If one has serious sneezing or runny nose when inhaling dust, one could have allergies.  The dust or dust mites (microscopic bugs that live in dust) could be triggering an allergic reaction.  If by catarrh, one means "cough", then this could be due to allergic reaction of the lungs (asthma).  In this case, one may need inhalers for asthma.  Go see your doc, or an allergist.
