every night while laying in bed my circulation feels sluggish, hr counts down from 58 to 51, then there is whoosh of dizziness, followed by electrical shock to sternum area, and hr goes back up to 63.  what is going on here?

Impossible to: say with any certainty, but consult with your doctor.  You might need to have a Holter monitor, which can record your heart rhythm while you are having this episode.

my son has a fever that keeps coming and going.his been on zithromax for 3 days wasnt breaking the fever then went to a doctor which out him on amoxylin.this is the second day of amoxylin and the fever is stil there.

Doctor can recheck: The next step depends on the big picture, and the doctor's evaluation. The doctor will try to figure out if the fever is from an infection. If yes, then the next step is to figure out what microbe is doing the infection. Sometimes it is not possible to tell which microbe. Each medication stops a select group of microbes. So, if symptoms continue, a recheck may be needed to decide the next step.

i have been getting numbness but not quite  all across my forehead. worse on the top right of forehead. as well, headache frequently. im worried its brain tumour. my forehead also gets warm when the numb sensation is there?

: HSV-1 or 2 can cause localized infections in the mouth/lips or on the genitals. It is more inconvenience than a threat. It is from a family of DNA viruses that can hibernate after the primary infection clears and recur at the same location on multiple occasions. An oral hickey on the chest will not cause any transfer of the germ to the recipient &amp; trigger oral or genital herpes.

Yes: It's usually quite survivable if the associated problem (often kidney trouble) can be managed. If it was merely caused by an amniotic fluid leak, survival is the norm; there may be a clubfoot.

Potter syndrome: Potter syndrome is a congenital (present before and at birth) condition due to the complete absence of kidneys.  It is not acquired later in life.

Eye itch: Go to ER. have eye irrigated with saline. Have slit lamp exam with fluorescin. May need antibiotic ointment with decahedron

is there any over counter medicine can treat neurodermatitis? i have ointment containing hydrocortisone 1% here.

Antihistamines: Most important thing is to stop scratching, itching or rubbing. Break the itch-scratch-rash cycle. Helps to take antihistamines (allegra, atarax, benadryl, (diphenhydramine) zyrtec, claritin), dozepin (oral and topical), topical steroids (prescription strength). Sometimes hypnotherapy can help.
