If you want a quick fix you can try taking a dose of viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis or similar products and see if that helps.  Sometimes this has more of a psychological basis than a physical origin.  At age 22 it is unusual to see this related to vascular insufficiency or neuropathy, but who knows without an exam.
