Get evaluation: Peyronie's disease causes penile curvature that in severe cases may cause pain or preclude intercourse.  Sounds like you have a mild case shouldn't cause ED.  To eliminate organic (medical) causes for erectile problems, your urologist does a history, exam, lab tests and assess erection after using appropriate medications.  If above normal then psychological cause may be present and needs follow-up

Smoking, drinking to excess, other illicit drugs, obesity, diabetes, high BP & cholesterol etc point to physical.

ED: There is no specific test to differentiate the root cause of ed. Clearly, stress, performance anxiety, underlying depression, etc can lead to erectile issues. Pd5 inhibitors(viagra, etc) may be used for both problems and be quite effective. Talk to your doctor.

Many medical conditions can be otherwise asymptomatic and yet cause ED as can many medications.
