Large range of possibilities: There are a large range of possibilities that could cause that to be occurring. First, some ulcers can make people feel a hunger type of pain. You should make sure your doctor has checked for this. Also, depending on what you are eating, some people have postprandial hypoglycemia, which just means that sugar levels fall after eating, causing the hunger.

Not generally: Seroquel (quetiapine) will often cause a rise in liver enzymes. However, this tends to resolve in a couple of months. It is best to keep taking your medication and follow the monitoring regimen from the prescribing doc.

Liver enzymes: Your liver enzymes would be normal by most labs and context in which they were checked makes a big difference. If using any recreational drugs, including alcohol and or OTC drugs, such as acetaminophen or Tylenol, they would be more likely to interfere with liver enzyme values. Your treating doc remains your best reference and serial liver function tests usually help decide if worrisome or not.

i am on ibrance and letrozole for met breast cancer. my liver enzymes are going up. i also have nafl so the medication is making it worse. can i take milk thistle with these medications?

Not now: Both cancer, by infiltrating the liver, and ibrance can cause an increase in your liver enzymes and finding out, if possible, the culprit would be critical. Milk thistle has been used in chronic liver disease with questionable results, in your case there is active damage. Your best reference is your oncologist and imaging may be needed.

Yes: Yes, particularly a medication abbreviated ptu (propylthiouracil). The other available medication, methimazole, can do so as well, but not as commonly. Contact your physician asap.
