Vegan: If you do not follow a vegan diet properly it can be dangerous.  Lacto-vegetarian is safer if for some reason you don't want to consume meat.  Some do this for ethical/no kill reasons.  A visit to a licensed nutritionist is best because "one size does not fit all."  Peace and good health.

Occasionally: Sodium levels in the 120 range are abnormal and can be caused by losing sodium or retaining too much water or by certain glandular abnormalities like Addison's disease or inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) secretion. Your hyponatremia can be corrected by reducing fluid intake, receiving sodium chloride or taking cortisone. An endocrinologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.

: You might  actually get some rest. You do what you can to learn your kid, but crying is nonspecific. It can mean hunger/lonely/hurt/bored or even overstimulated. Doing all you can, then putting the kid down in a comfortable setting, soft music may be helpful, but it is okay to put on the headphones &amp; take a break. Checking from a distance every 20-30 minutes will be enough. These kids grow up okay
