Yes: If you want to move to this it has minor differences from earlier formulas. In general I consider a toddler who is on a diverse diet of vegetables/fruits/meats &amp; cereals can move to regular milk. I limit their total intake to 16-24 oz/day to avoid some gut irritation. I consider these older toddler formulas more a merchandising gimmick than a true need.

Thicken feeds: Thickened feedings, feeding at an angle and slower feeds may improve her symptoms. Her birth weight should approximately double by the age of 6 months. She is gaining weight. Her abdominal exam may reveal another  less likely cause such as an obstruction. Please see your pediatrician for a follow up visit.

Baby Stool: Constipation in babies is actually not common. True constipation is seen as hard pellet like stool. If your baby is pooping less, this may be normal. Don't give any water or juice or any other fluids other than formula. Make sure you are mixing the formula with the appropriate ratio of water to powder and feed your 4 wk old 120-180ml every 4-6 hours.

Consider cereal (not the sugary ones, cheerios or some other healthy alternative) eggs, yogurt with fruit.
