Lymphadenopathy: Do you have any recent infections? Persistent lymphadeopathy without clear infection should be further evaluted such as biopsy. Is your spleen enlarged (what is fullness)? What blood work have you done so far? See a hematologist.

Typically not: Uncomplicated UTI should not cause enlarged ln in groin.

Probably not herpes: Recrurrent genital herpes doesn't cause enlarged lymph nodes. This happens from herpes only once, during the intitial infection, and in that case there would be painful blisters or sores. And herpes doesn't cause lower back pain. You'll need to look elsewhere for the cause of these symptoms. Good luck!

Not likely: Worth getting the lymph node biopsied or studied further though if it has been there that long.

No: A diet will not cause enlarged lymph node.  In groin there are several palpable lymph nodes.  Significant size increase needs evaluation.  In this area is also where hernias occur.  Stop exercising until you have doctor evaluate.

you need to see your doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
it could be granuloma. or a lipoma, or hard cyst.
either way see your doctor.

Usually not unless: The fissure has got infected and you now have a perirectal abscess. Best to be examined by a colon and rectal surgeon to offer proper advice on management of either.

Yes: Should be easy to find if enlarge unless you have very large legs, in which case you may need to press a little deeper.
